Many fabric stains can be removed with the help of artificial sweeteners. These include Equal and Sweet'n Low, but not sweeteners made from real sugar, like Splenda.       Fill a glass, bowl, or other vessel with about one-third of a cup of cold water or seltzer.

      Gently stir a teaspoon of artificial sweetener into the liquid, just long enough for it to dissolve.
