Instructions

    • 1

Fill the highball glass with ice -- crushed or cubes are equally acceptable.

    • 2

Pour in 1 ounce vodka and 1 ounce coffee liqueur.

    • 3

Fill the glass to the top with half and half, and add a straw.

Tips & Warnings

  • Continually stir the drink between sips. Coffee liqueur is heavier than vodka and will sink to the bottom until the ice begins to melt.

  • Add a maraschino cherry garnish for a bit of color.

  • To make the drink more potent and less creamy, change the liquor pours to 1.5 ounces -- anything more, and you will need a bigger glass.

  • Just because they taste innocent, don't let the White Russian fool you -- drink slowly and smartly, and never ever drink and drive.
