Things You'll Need:
- 1/2 lb. tofu (half a block)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 T oil
- 1 1/2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vinegar

Step 1
Well, this is the easiest recipe in the world. Just mix everything in a blender! Keep it a little chunky if you want, or keep mixing until it's smooth.

Silken or soft tofu will of course give the sour cream a smoother texture, but there's something very satisfying about the chunky sour cream made with firm tofu.

Use it on baked potatoes with some chives... mmm...
