Things You'll Need:
- 1 12oz package chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup amaretto liquor
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbl maple syrup (or agave syrup)
- 1 pkg/block silken tofu
- 1 chocolate cookie crust

Step 1
Melt the chocolate chips with the amaretto liquor and mix together.

Add the vanilla and maple syrup and mix together.

Blend in the tofu. You'll need to use a hand blender, blender, or food processor to get it to mix together properly. Blend until creamy and you can no longer see any pieces of tofu.

Pour into the pie crust and let chill overnight. If it lasts beyond the next day, you'll see that it firms up to the perfect consistency by the following day.
