Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 gallon cool water
  • 1/2 gallon elderberry juice, fresh or canned
  • sweetener of choice
  • 1 gallon container and spoon
  1. Step 1

    Pour the elderberry juice into the gallon container.

  2. Step 2

    Add the water.

  3. Step 3

    Add sweetner, if desired, and stir.

  4. Step 4

    Chill or pour over ice to serve.

Tips & Warnings
  • I like to add 3/4 cup of agave nectar as a sweetener.
  • More elderberry juice may be added for a stronger flavor.
  • Add a slices of orange, lemon and/or lime to the pitcher of juice to make a refreshing punch.
  • Elderberry juice may stain.
  • If a spill occurs, wipe up promptly with warm water. Don't use vinegar based cleaners.
