How to get cat urine out of carpet.
Cat urine is very strong and if not caught right away the smell will stay in the carpet.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Cornstarch
  • Vaccum
  1. Step 1

    Locate the area that is soiled.

  2. Step 2

    Apply the cornstarch over the entire area liberally. Make sure to cover all the area and apply it very thick. Make sure noone steps on it. The cornstarch will draw the stain up and out of the carpet.

  3. Step 3

    Wait for it to dry this may take hours . It is crucial to make sure it is totally dry it will be yellow in color.

  4. Step 4

    Then vaccuum it up only when it is totally dry.

Tips & Warnings
  • Apply very thick and liberally it has to be on a newly soiled area. Do not pack it down or allow traffic over the area .
  • This only works on a freshly soiled area but if caught then it draws the stain and smell completely out!
