How to make fruity french toast

A new twist to french toast. This is a delicious simple and very healthy recipe anyone will enjoy.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 8 slices whole grain bread
  • 4 tsp margarine
  • 4 cups sliced fruit(such as bananas, apples, or peaches)
  1. Step 1

    I bowl beat eggs and milk together. Dip bread into egg mixture so bread is thoroughly soaked.

  2. Step 2

    Coat frying pan with 1 tsp margarine and place over medium heat. Put 2 slices in pan and heat until lightly browned.Turn slices over and heat until lightly browned.

  3. Step 3

    Repeat until all slices have bee browned using 1 tsp of margarine for every 2 slices of bread. Top each with sliced fruit.
