You want something light and healthy for breakfast this is it.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup fat free sweetened vanilla yogurt
  • 4 pecan halves, chopped
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 3 tbsp wheat germ
  • 3 graham crackers (2 1/2 inch squares)
  1. Step 1

    Layer yogurt, pecans, banana,graham crackers and wheat germ in a parfait glass.

  2. Step 2

    Serve immediately

  3. Step 3

    Refrigerate any leftovers

Tips & Warnings
  • Add your favorite fruits such as blueberries, strawberries, or kiwi
