In a recent study, half of all of the men participants claimed that they observed free porn videos available on the internet on a regular basis. Free porn is a hot search term when it comes to major search engines like Google and Yahoo. Many websites that offer free galleries of adult videos receive up to approximately one hundred million visitors – monthly! In addition to this, the porn industry as a whole generates approximately one hundred billion dollars a year! Watching and observing media that is adult based can be demoralizing, not just for the addict, but for the friends and family as well. Porn addiction is a very real problem. If you feel that you suffer from this condition, you will discover here how to overcome an addiction to free porn videos.

Difficulty: Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

In order to overcome an addiction to free porn videos, and similar types of free galleries, it is important to know, understand, and admit – at least to yourself – that you have an addiction to this type of media. You should quickly accept that viewing adult material online is not something that is necessary in your life; it is simply something that you have conditioned yourself to enjoy.

  2. Step 2

The next thing that you can do to overcome a porn addiction to free online media and free online television is to ensure that you are unable to access the websites on your computer. There are many software programs out there that will allow you to effectively block websites that you do not want to be subjected to. Put these tools and resources into place and keep them there!

  3. Step 3

The next thing that you should do is to create a support system. You can confess to someone that you are close to that you suffer from an addiction to free porn online, and request that they help you resist the urge to view these explicit types of media in the future.

  4. Step 4

Next, you may want to set up an appointment with a porn addiction counselor. In many cases, this will be beneficial in that you can talk easily to strangers about your addiction than to those that know you and are close to you. You may do one on one porn addiction counseling, or counseling in a group session.

  5. Step 5

Finally, do all that you can to avoid free porn videos and adult free galleries when you are on the internet. Do extra work at home, or choose a nice website where you can play games. The idea is to distract yourself from the temptation of indulging in free porn, and other types of explicit free galleries while online.

on 4/29/2009 How to Overcome an Addiction to Free Porn Videos is a very nice article. The problem is, I don't know anyone who wants to quit. Most addicts don't know or don't care, they wreck their own sex lives and their marriages. Still, if there is someone out there who wants to quit, these are great tips. 5*
