Need a low-fat idea for breakfast. Try this fabulous blueberry breakfast shake.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 5 ice cubes
  1. Step 1
     

    Place all ingredients in the jar of blender and process until smooth.

  2. Step 2

    Serve immediately in tall glasses.

  3. Step 3

    Garnish with low-fat (lite) whipped topping or granola if desired.
