  1. Step 1

Before you start make sure your toddler is giving you the signs that they are ready to use to potty. You want to make it as fun as possible and stress free for your toddler. Signs usual they start to squat, or hiding to go poop or pee, follow you to the bathroom, and feel un comfortable with a peed on or pooped diaper.

  2. Step 2

Go buy a potty. If affordable try to buy a potty that has a character that the toddler likes. For example Elmo, Winnie the Pooh, Dora, Etc. If not affordable any potty will do.

  3. Step 3

DON'T EVER HIT OR FORCE YOU CHILD TO USE THE POTTY. Every child has their own pace of doing thing. Best place to put the potty would be in the bathroom so when you go you take your child and show them though example. If a daddy is showing girl always sit in the toilet. Girls will get confused.

  4. Step 4

Take your time and eventually they will get it. So have patience and don't rush things. GOOD LUCK!!!
