Things You'll Need:
- A Grocery List
- Determination
- A Nagging Partner
-
Step 1
don't laugh, seriously. Tuna kicks @$$First on your grocery list, should be foods high in B-vitamins. Don't be lazy and buy, B vitamin supplements. If that would work, we could end world hunger by just passing out bottles of vitamins. Hence the word supplement, that is the sole purpose of vitamins is to take a couple after a meal, to compliment the vitamins your already getting from your food.
Having plenty of B vitamins will help keep stress at bay, when your stressed out, one of the first things to go, before depression sets in, is your sex drive. Avocados, eggs, tuna, beans, broccoli, and milk are excellent sources of B vitamins. -
Step 2
Juicy & SaltyNext on the list, the Super Sex Food, wait for it.......................................................................................CELERY. Celery contains, androstenone and androstenol. Two pheromones, that have an almost instant effect when you eat them. They arouse you, and cause your body to send off other pheromones and signals to boost your appeal to the opposite sex. Eating celery and cucumbers everyday will also increase the volume of ejaculatory fluids that men and women produce. This equates into greater pleasure, because the more fluid in your prostate the greater the pressure, equals a more explosive climax for both sexes.
-
Step 3
Milk it GoodThe muscles that control your orgasms, need plenty of calcium to perform at an optimal level. So a good daily dose of dairy products will do the trick. Make sure they are healthy dairy products though. 2% milk, or low fat vanilla ice cream.
With plenty of calcium, you'll be able to control your pubococcygeus muscle easier, maybe even delaying ejaculation. If your the man, you can flex your pc muscle and hold it while your in your partner, which engorges your male member to maximum size, at the same time if your the woman you can flex your pc muscle and hold it, which will squeeze your mans love log while it's engorged, with the right timing and rhythm, this makes for a nice spicy bonus to any couples sex life. Btw, if your a man, a great line to use on the ladies is. "Hey there, I see that your smoke'n hot, why don't you let me throw a log in your fire". Works really well for laughs, and facial abuse if your into that kind of thing. -
Step 4
Happy Seeds,Next up, Sunflower seeds. High in selenium and vitamin-E, they won't do much for your sex drive, but they will keep you and your organs, sex organs included, feeling younger, and looking younger, by protecting against free radicals, and environmental pollutants. Eat some of these everyday, and you just may be grinding your organs well into your 80's.
-
Step 5
Hot ChocolateA sweet deal to add to your diet, which I'm sure you won't have to add, most people eat it weekly. Is chocolate. Chocolate increases your skins sensitivity a slight bit, and also gives a slight feeling of euphoria, and relaxation. A little chocolate before sex, will make it a more pleasurable experience. Come on, admit to yourself, your horny after eating chocolate, I hope that's not just me.

Step 6
Holy CowEat Cow, yes cow. It would be best to eat, lean organic beef, it is more expensive, but it is by far healthier, than fast food beef which is shot up with antibiotics and steroids.
Why is beef so good, you ask? Well dopamine and norepinephrine increase sensitivity to touch, and last time I checked my dip stick, that's part of what makes sex so great, and guess what, eating beef increases the release of these two chemicals in the brain. Not only that, beef is high in Zinc, which increases your sex drive as well, and beef will also increase your testosterone production which will spike your sex drive. Testosterone is the spice of life, which will increase your stamina, not just for sex, but for any activity. For older women, beef is even more important, it will help you retain muscle, strengthen bones, and of course keep your sex drive chugging along. Beef gives you a trifecta of sexual heath promoting properties, that oysters and other touted aphrodisiacs don't have.
