A low Libido can be attributed to a number of things. Bad diet, depression, and a lack of exercise. Dramatically changing your diet can bring positive boosting results to your sex drive in just one week.

    First on your grocery list, should be foods high in B-vitamins. Don't be lazy and buy, B vitamin supplements. If that would work, we could end world hunger by just passing out bottles of vitamins. Hence the word supplement, that is the sole purpose of vitamins is to take a couple after a meal, to compliment the vitamins your already getting from your food.
    Having plenty of B vitamins will help keep stress at bay, when your stressed out, one of the first things to go, before depression sets in, is your sex drive. Avocados, eggs, tuna, beans, broccoli, and milk are excellent sources of B vitamins.

    Next on the list, the Super Sex Food, wait for it.......................................................................................CELERY. Celery contains, androstenone and androstenol. Eating celery and cucumbers everyday will also increase the volume of ejaculatory fluids that men and women produce.
