Now that you have taken the time to pick out a nice piece of fish. Make sure to make the right Beer Batter to bring the whole family to the table.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3/4 cup Bisquick
  • 6 table spoons Cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 treaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 table spoon oil
  • 1 warm beer
  1. Step 1

    Mix Bisquick, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and baking powder.

  2. Step 2

    Add only enough WARM beer to make thick batter.

  3. Step 3

    Add egg and oil

  4. Step 4

    Cut fish into size desired - and Dry fish on towel or paper towel

  5. Step 5

    Dip fish in Batter and fry in oil.

Tips & Warnings
  • Beer MUST be warm
