A facial workout can do wonders for your appearance. This will help keep your face firm and toned. All you have to do is devote a few minutes each day to your face and you can lift your facial muscles through exercise. This will also help you maintain the elasticity of your skin and prevent sagging.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Stand in front of a mirror and raise your eyebrows up and down. When you are raising your eyebrows, you should not see horizontal lines on your forehead. If you do, then you are raising your eyebrows too high. Make sure that you don't raise your eyebrows too high because this can cause the horizontal lines to become permanent over time. So raise your eyebrows as high as you can without causing lines to appear on your forehead. Try to do one eyebrow lift per second. Do this one hundred times.

  2. Step 2

Lift your cheeks up and down repeatedly. Keep the rest of your face still while doing this. Try to do one cheek lift per second. Continue doing this until you've done it one hundred times.

  3. Step 3

Put your lips together and repeatedly move them from left to right. Move your lips as far as you can without stretching your skin too much. Do this one hundred times.

  4. Step 4

Close your eyes and repeatedly tighten and release your eyelids. Do this one hundred times. This will help prevent your eye lids from drooping.

  5. Step 5

Roll your eyes from left to right. Do this as many times as you are comfortable with. This helps relieve eye strain and helps relax your eyes.
