Everyone who had work with changing a diaper on a baby knows how hard it is at first but this is for the ones that are beginning to learn on how this can be done and where this will be fast to do.
Cloth ones are harder to do on a newborn and older babies so here are tips and tricks of what I had learned in order to speed up the process without getting frustrated.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • clean cloth diapers
  • diaper plastic covers with side velcros
  1. Step 1

Get all of the items with you to speed it up and have everything with you before changing te baby's diaper. I like how the newer plastic cover have velcro on each side without the pins that can potentially accidently poke the baby with it.

  2. Step 2

I recommend washing the baby's bottom with soap and water and then blot it with a towel. Or you may use a diaper wipe to clean the area but I prefer just using plain water and soap.

  3. Step 3

Put the baby on a table or anywhere stable so then you can put the diaper on the baby.

  4. Step 4

Fold up the cloth so then it would fit. How I did mine was fold the two sides and put it in the middle then fold it again by folding it in the middle where it would fit in the diaper cover.

Tips & Warnings
  • I recommend getting the velcro ones so then it would help speed and makes things better for diaper changing.
  • Have some extra change of clothes with you too in case they went all over their clothes.
  • Have some towel or something under the baby before taking the diaper off. Girl and boy babies do tend to pee when they need to go. I had change my youngest on my lap lots of times and have gotten peed on before. I know. That's funny.
  • I recommend going against using pins since you could accidently poke the baby with it. I once did it and felt bad after that.
