Things You'll Need:
- You
- Water
-
Step 1
Before you start any kind of exercising it's very important that you stretch. Stretch for at least 5 minutes before you do these wall push ups.
-
Step 2
Walk up to the wall and place your palms flat like you're doing a push up. Distance your arms apart so you feel comfortable. Know that the farther your hands are from each other, the harder the push up will be.
-
Step 3
With you hands still on the wall, take a couple steps back. Once you feel comfortable proceed to stand on your tippy toes.
-
Step 4
Once set, move your upper body towards the wall and then push back up. Do this over and over remembering to breathe after every push up. Once you get tired, take a break and have a sip of water but don't overdue it. To much water can cramp your body up.

on 10/21/2008 Thanks for the reminder, I had forgotten that we used to do this in an exercise class I took - it's a good one to do at home :)
