How to make poor man lobster with ling cod

  • Big baking pan preferably glass
  • 8 sticks of butter
  • lemon pepper
  • garlic salt
  • paprika
  • slices of fresh lemon

      In a large glass baking pan place 8 sticks of butter cut into pieces with about 8 filets of ling cod.

      Season cod with lemon pepper and garlic salt. Next add a very small amount of paprika sprinkled on only for color.

      Cover the pan and cod with tin foil and heat oven to 350 degrees.

      Let cod bake for about half an hour and pull then pan out baste the bod with the melted butter from around the pan. Cover the pan and place back in the oven for another half hour or so this time at 375.

      Take cod out serve hot with fresh squeezed lemon and enjoy.
