Step 1
Lie on the floor with your legs bent, your feet flat on the floor.when your legs makes 90-degree angle, place the coles of your feet up against a wall. It will make it a little easier.

Step 2
Place your hands on your head, or cross them over your chest like an Egyptian mummy.

Lift your shoulderblades off the ground, moving your elbows towards your knees.

Step 4
Squeeze your abs (think about squeezing lemon).

Step 5
Slowly return to the starting position. Remember to breathe out when raising your body up, and breathe in to the way down.
