Things You'll Need:
- Low carb pasta
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- About 1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
- About 1 tbsp. pesto or a handful of fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp. capers
- 4 oz. cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 small jar of artichoke hearts (in brine)
- Romano-Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Cook pasta.

Step 2
Pour about 1/4 cup olive oil into small fry pan and heat on medium setting. Add chicken which has been cut into bite-sized pieces. Add pesto, capers, and artichoke hearts. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat until mixture simmers.

Step 3
Drain pasta. Pour chicken mixture over pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
