This recipe makes my favorite chocolate fudge. It makes a lot of fudge, and is a good choice for Christmastime.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 cups chocolate chips
  • 3 milk chocolate bars, broken (13.5 oz)
  • 2 cups marshmallow creme
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
  • 4 1/2 cups sugar
  1. Step 1

Put chocolate chips, milk chocolate pieces, marshmallow creme, butter, and nuts into a very large bowl or pan.

  2. Step 2

Combine milk and sugar in a saucepan and mix well.

  3. Step 3

Bring mixture to a boil and cook for five minutes, or to 225 degrees F.
    Stir constantly.

  4. Step 4

Pour hot mixture over other ingredients and stir until all ingredients are well-mixed. Work quickly. When everything is melted and candy is smooth and glossy, pour into two ungreased pans, a 13" x 9" and an 8" or 9" square pan. Cut into squares when cool. This fudge should be very creamy and smooth (except for walnuts).
