Make a Cranberry Mojito

If you love Mojitos you HAVE to try a Cranberry Mojito! This is a twist on the popular Cuban cocktail and if you like Cranberry drinks, you'll love the Cranberry Mojito too.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • About 1 cup of Mint
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1-3/4 cup White Rum
  • 1-1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3/4 cup frozen Cranberry Juice Cocktail, thawed
  • 2-10oz bottles of sparkling water-chilled.
  1. Step 1

Using a muddler or wooden spoon, mash mint with sugar in the bottom of a large pitcher. This recipe will make 6 servings.

  2. Step 2

Add the rum and lime juice into the mix and stir to completely dissolve the sugar.

  3. Step 3

Finally, mix in the thawed cranberry juice frozen cocktail concentrate and water, then mix in 6 cups of ice.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you'd prefer, you can add the ice to each individual drink instead of adding ice to the pitcher.
  • This drink is great for the Holidays!
  • If it turns out to be too sweet, feel free to add less sugar.
