Step 1
Remove all skinand fat from your leftover cooked chicken. Remove all the good pieces from the bones.

Step 2
Blot the chicken pieces wiht paper towels to remove any excess moisture or grease, and store in the fridge or freezer in plastic freezer bags.

Use the chicken for stir frys, casseroles, home made chicken noodle soup, or mix with mayo and bbq sauce for bbq chicen salad sandwiches. You can also shred the chicen for chicken tacos, or add to salads.
