Things You'll Need:
- 10 oz can of Rotel
- 1 lb block Veleeta cheese
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- Seasoning
- Nachos or tortilla chips
- Skillet
- Crock pot
- Long handle spoon
- Knife

Step 1
Crock PotHeat a crock pot on high.

Step 2
VelveetaCut a 1 lb block of Velveeta cheese (original or 2% milk) into pieces and add to crock pot.

Step 3
In a skillet, brown 1 lb seasoned beef (or turkey) and drain excess grease.

Step 4
Add browned meat into crock pot.

Step 5
Open can of Rotel (original, mild, or hot) and pour entire contents into crock pot.

Step 6
Stir.

Step 7
Let warm until bubbly.

Step 8
Reduce heat (turn crock pot on low) and serve over nachos or tortilla chips.

on 9/16/2008 I love this dip! For those who don't like the meat, just leave it out. It's great without it.
