Things You'll Need:
- Pork Chops
- 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of vinegar
- brown sugar (or a bit of white instead)
- 1 medium white onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- a bit of thyme
- Salt and Pepper
- butter
- Sliced and Peeled Apples

Step 1
First brown the pork chops on butter, seasoning with salt and pepper. Take them out on a plate for a few minutes.

Step 2
On the same pan put some butter on it and oil, onions and garlic cook it for 5 min. Add the water, pineapple juice and vinegar, mix together and add right after the sugar... stir... add apples to it.

Step 3
When the apples look a bit soft, add pork chops on top. Sprinkle some thyme on top and cover for 20 min. or until the apples are caramelized and brown.
