These are quick, easy, & go great with any sauce you're making. Since they are small, they cook easier & faster, & the soy sauce gives them a bit of an extra kick!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • mixing bowl
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup onion powder
  • 1/3 cup garlic powder
  • 3 tbs Spike, or other meat seasoning
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • oregano
  • salt (to taste), pepper (to taste)
  1. Step 1

In mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg & bread crumbs. Mix well.

  2. Step 2

Add onion powder, garlic powder, & your meat seasoning (Spike or other brand). Make sure you mix the beef & seasonings well, so the meat is fully seasoned.

  3. Step 3

Add soy sauce, oregano (a couple of dashes should be fine), salt, & pepper. Take some of the mixture--about a $1 coin size--& roll it around until it is packed tight & small. And there you have it!

Tips & Warnings
  • The best way to mix all of these ingredients together is by hand! Wash your hands, & just dig in, squishing everything together!
  • Try different flavored seasoned bread crumbs for an extra kick.
  • These meatballs can be frozen, wrapped in some wax paper, & placed in a bag, for use whenever you need to thaw & cook them!
