Begin by logging onto the website for the Unofficial Guide to the DMV. You should see a map of the United States right on the home page.

Click on the state of Florida in the map. Doing so will take you to a web page with several links.

Select the “Driving Records” link found underneath the “What Can We Help You With Today” heading.

Read over the new page and select the appropriate link for you. If you're looking to investigate the driving record of a potential employee, click the “Order Now” tab in the “For Businesses” section. For you're own driving record, click “Order Now” in the “For Individuals” box.

Agree to the terms provided if you've selected to investigate you personal driving record in Florida. From there, you will need to enter license number, name, address, and which type of report you want. You can select three-year, seven-year or complete Florida driving record. Once you've done this, input the billing information to complete the order.

Create an account on DrivingRecords.com in order to obtain the driving records of current and potential employees. The account is free to setup and maintain. Once you've created an account, select the “Driving Records” option in the drop down box on the home page.
