Melt the beeswax slowly in a double boiler, over low heat. Create this particular double boiler by using a large pot or Dutch oven for boiling water and setting a 9 1/2 x 11 inch baking pan over the boiling water for melting the wax. When the wax has melted, turn the heat even lower so the wax stays melted but doesn't burn.Roll the fabric in a pattern similar to rolling the paper cone used for serving cotton candy....with one end open wide and the end end open just a tiny bit. Secure the cone closed by putting a drop of the melted wax under a corner flap on the side of the cone.

Once you're finished putting the cones together, and the wax is no longer needed as an adhesive, use a medicine dropper and drop a few drops of rose oil into the remaining melted wax. Use just enough to create a soothing smell, but not one that is overpowering. The rose oil is very soothing to the nasal and sinus cavities as well as the ears.

Dip the cones in the wax and rose oil mixture, just long enough for wax to cover the cone. An excess amount is not necessary.

5
Set the cones on waxed paper to dry.
