Things You'll Need
- A box, chair, bench or other item sturdy enough to carry your weight with a height between 12 and 36 inches

Stand in an athletic position facing the target you intend to jump onto.

Bending your knees into a squat, explode off 2 feet, landing on the edge of the target.

Pause with your knees bent to refocus your form.

Spring backwards off the box landing back on the ground in a squat position. Understand that Steps 2 to 4 equal one repetition.

Repeat Steps 2 to 4 for a number of times.

Vary your workouts by using items of different heights.
Begin with three sets of 10 jumps and work up to five sets of 30.
