Things You'll Need:
- 6 sweet potatoes, whole
- 3/4 c light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 c Chambord liqueur
- 2 T whole butter, softened, plus additional for buttering dish
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Boil the sweet potatoes in water until they are fork tender. Drain and cool slightly.

Peel potatoes and cut into slices about 1/2 inch thick.

Step 3
Place in a buttered casserole dish and sprinkle with sugar. Drizzle the Chambord over the top and add a dash of salt over the top.

Step 4
Dot with the 2 T of butter and bake in a 375 degree oven until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
