Instructions

  1. See-Saw Maneuver

    • 1

Lay a ladder flat out across the ring. The see-saw maneuver is a very dangerous move that has actually bloodied several wrestlers faces in the middle of a ladder match.

    • 2

Lay another ladder across in the opposite direction, so that the ladders actually form an X-shaped pattern.

    • 3

Make sure that the ladder on top is raised up on the end facing the turnbuckles.

    • 4

Climb to the top rope quickly and avoid knocking the ladders down or having anyone touching them.

    • 5

Jump off of the top rope when an opponent draws near the far end of the top ladder. Slam your feet into the ladder to send the other end flying up and smashing into your opponent’s face.

    Sunset Flip Power Bomb

    • 6

Set up a ladder in the center of the ring. If it is too close to the sides, you may miss your mark on this move.

    • 7

Climb up one side of the ladder as your opponent climbs up the other side.

    • 8

Wait for your opponent to reach near the top and weaken them with a few punches.

    • 9

Climb one step higher than your opponent and then reach for his shoulders. Flip yourself over his body until you are underneath him on his side of the ladder.

    • 10

Grab his thighs and slam his back into the wrestling mat.

    More Ladder Moves

    • 11

Bring a ladder with you to the corner. Climb to the top turnbuckle and have the ladder fully standing. Freefall with the ladder onto your opponent who is lying on the mat below.

    • 12

Place your head in between two steps of a folded ladder. Spin around and knock out everything in your path. This is a great way to use a ladder in ladder matches with more than three people.

    • 13

Set a folded ladder up on top of the middle ropes in a corner. Irish whip your opponent into the corner and his back will slam into the ladder.

    • 14

Dropkick a ladder while an opponent is standing on it. He will fall off and receive a lot of damage during the match.

    • 15

Step up a ladder diagonally against a ladder that is full set up. Wait for an opponent to climb up the fully set up ladder and then run up the diagonal ladder and clothesline him off of it.
