    Instructions

    1. Starting the Move

      • 1

Perform a clothesline or a dropkick to knock your opponent to the mat.

      • 2

Grab both of his legs out from underneath him so that his back will slam into the mat if you do not want to perform a move on your opponent.

      • 3

Drag your opponent towards the middle of the ring so he cannot reach the ropes easily for a rope break.

      • 4

Pick up both of your opponent’s legs and hold them in the air.

      • 5

Take your right leg and curl it around your opponent’s right leg.

      • 6

Use your arms to twist your opponent’s legs around so that his face is facing the wrestling mat below.

      Finishing the Move

      • 1

Turn your body around so you are facing the opposite direction of your opponent.

      • 2

Pick up his other leg and curve both of his legs underneath your left arm.

      • 3

Lower your body so you put pressure on his back and almost sit on him if you have to.

      • 4

Continuously apply pressure by curling the legs and pressing down their back.

      • 5

Stand up and drag your opponent back towards the center of the ring if he tires reaching for the ropes.

      • 6

Hold the move in until your opponent taps out, or in some cases passes out. This is your best chance of winning, but if you want to release the hold then their back and legs will be weakened.

    Tips & Warnings

    • If your opponent grasps onto the ring ropes during the submission then you only five seconds to break the hold or you will get disqualified.

    • Do not attempt to perform any wrestling moves unless you have been properly trained to do so.
