How to Play 7-11 Doubles Drinking Game

Drinking games have come a long way over the years. There are now hundreds of them. The great thing with a game such as the 7-11 doubles drinking game is that you need only a couple of items to play--just dice and alcohol. This means you can even play the 7-11 doubles drinking game at your favorite local bar. As with most drinking games, the 7-11 doubles drinking game involves assigning drinks, but be careful. Revenge can be fun.

Instructions

  1. Prepare for the Game

    • 1

Find a friend or several friends to play a drinking game with. Invite them to your house, or bring a set of dice to the party or bar you are going to.

    • 2

Order enough beers or bottles of beer to stock you up for a long drinking game. If you prefer mixed drinks, make sure the drinks are mixed ahead of time so you don't waste time making them once the game begins.

    • 3

Place the glass in the middle of the table. The size of the glass is up to you.

    • 4

Roll the dice if you are the first player. If you roll anything other than 7, 11 or doubles, pass the dice to the next player for them to take their turn.

    • 5

Roll a 7, 11 or doubles and the fun begins, since you get to hand out a drink to any opponent. That opponent must fill the drinking glass in the center of the table 1/4 full without touching the glass.

    The Drinking Begins

    • 6

Drink from the glass if you are the player who was assigned the drink. Meanwhile, the player who assigned the drink will start rolling the dice again.

    • 7

Finish the drink before the player rolling the dice rolls a 7, 11 or doubles. The roller can not start rolling the dice until the drinker touches the drinking glass.

    • 8

Pay the penalty if you don't finish the drink before the roller rolls 7, 11 or doubles. If the roller rolls any of these on the dice before you finish drinking, you must fill the glass up to 1/4 full again and start drinking all over again, repeating Step 2 in this section.

    • 9

Pass the dice. If the drinker finishes drinking his 1/4 cup full of beverage before the roller rolls a 7, 11 or doubles, then the dice are passed to the next player and the game continues.

Tips & Warnings

  • If the roller ever rolls the dice off the table, that person must drink an entire cup of the beverage of their choice at the table.

  • Set a limit for the amount of drinks one person can be forced to drink in a turn, and in the game overall. You want to have fun, but drinking too much can be dangerous.

  • Make sure you have a designated driver when playing this game, since the alcohol consumption can build up quickly.
