How to Take Control of the Warrior Stronghold in Baldur's Gate 2
All of the major classes in Baldur’s Gate 2 have the ability to take control of a stronghold related to their class. The warrior stronghold is a fortified keep that can be acquired if the party clears out the monsters infesting it. It can be a great source of revenue as the party collects taxes from the peasants and craftsmen who will take up residence there.

Tips & Warnings
Be sure to use an acid or fire attack on trolls once they have been reduced to 0 hit points to permanently kill them. If you don’t damage them with either of these types of attacks, they will regenerate and begin attacking the party again.
Every few in-game weeks, new events will occur at the stronghold, so be sure to send the party back to check on the state of the stronghold and receive new quests related to owning it.
If your main character is not one of the fighter classes, Nalia will not offer ownership of the stronghold to your party.
There are Umber Hulks in the stronghold who will cast confusion spells on your party and make them attack each other. To prevent this, cast a spell such as “Chaotic Commands” on your party members to make them immune to confusion.
