Professional wrestling is a lot more than simply kicking and punching. Every night, professional wrestlers step into the squared circle to compete and they perform a wide array of wrestling moves, some as simple as a headlock and some as advanced as a shooting star press. It may take some time to master the basic wrestling moves, but once you do, you will be well on your way to becoming a professional wrestler.

Grab your opponent at the wrist and behind the shoulder. The Irish whip is a common wrestling move that is used in nearly every single match and can be used in a variety of ways.
