Good luck with this! I've been unemployed since Dec. 2008 and I've yet to be able to collect any unemployment. I've made 4 attempts and every time I ran into a snag, I could not get a live body to talk to. Everything is automated, and if you try the phone number, good luck getting anything but a busy signal! the AZUI site itself is chaotic, busy, complicated and unclear. The follow-up mail they send you after doing the online appl. is also confusing and not clear whether you are getting anything or not. I'm a communications professional with 20 years of experience, so I know that if it's unclear to me, then I can only imagine what it's like for those who are not as educated or have language barriers, etc. Good effort on this article and much appreciated. I'm going to try again using the steps provided here. Wish me luck!
