Healthy and fast, this smoothie is out of this world! Slightly tart from the cranberry and kissed with a hint of sweetness from the vanilla and strawberry, this morning pick me up is sure to please your taste buds.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup of gluten-free French Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 cup of organic cranberry juice
  • 1 16oz package of frozen strawberries
  1. Step 1

    Place all ingredients into blender.

  2. Step 2

    Puree for about 3 minurtes.

  3. Step 3

    Serve and enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • An excellent yogurt to use is Stony field. It is now certified gluten-free!
  • Use organic strawberries if available as they give this smoothie a cleaner, sweeter taste.
  • Be sure the yogurt you use is gluten-free!

on 8/10/2008 I can tell by the ingredients, it's going to taste great. Arkansas strawberries have won world wide taste tests. That'd be a hard to beat combination.
