How to handle a nosy co-worker

We all have them. That one co-worker who has to know everything, even stepping on toes to find out information. People like this can be difficult to handle, so read on!

Instructions

1. Try to always be polite. This is a place of business and your job comes first. Yes, nosy people can rub your last nerve, but being rude in retaliation only makes things difficult for you.

2. Something else you should do is concentrate on your work. If he/she keeps asking questions, politely tell him that you have a lot of work to get done and you need to concentrate on what you are doing.

3. If the questions are persistant, ask him/her why he/she is asking. Try telling them that is not something you wish to discuss at work.

4. If this person is barging in on a conversation between you and another person, POLITELY tell them that this is a private conversation, to please excuse you.
