Instructions

      Mix ½ cup of vinegar to 1 quart of warm water. Pour the vinegar cleanse into a cup, container, or even a clean old shampoo bottle. Shake tit o make sure that the vinegar is distributed evenly.

      For normal hair, shampoo as normal. Before you use your conditioner, apply the vinegar solution. Make sure to penetrate down to the roots. Rinse the vinegar solution out of your hair. This will clarify your hair. Apply conditioner as normal.

      To clarify oily hair, shampoo and condition the hair as normal. After removing all the conditioner, apply the vinegar solution. Make sure to massage down to the roots. Rinse like a regular shampoo and remove excess.

      Dry and style your hair as normal. You will not have to do anything additional to see results in your hair. You will notice your hair more shine and body than normal. You will be surprised with how clean your hair is.

      Repeat the treatment weekly. Repeating it weekly allows your hair to stay looking its best.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can use more or less vinegar in the solution. You can adjust the solution to meet your hair needs.

  • There is no way to completely remove the smell of vinegar when you wash your hair with vinegar. Spraying the hair with a body spray will help disguise the smell.

  • If you notice your hair getting oily between vinegar rinse, you can take a spray bottle with some vinegar water mixed in it, spray on your hair and then come out. This will instantly clarify your hair and give it more body.

  • There is no need to save any remaining vinegar. The mix is very inexpensive and works best with warm water.

  • An added benefit to a vinegar cleanse is it also helps fight dandruff.

  • Do not purchase a special vinegar to cleanse your hair with. You can use whatever vinegar, you already have at home.

    Vinegar is also a great stain remover and parasite killer! It works better than any flea shampoo I've tried for my Chihuahua, and it removes all sorts of stains like blood, chocolate, ketchup, grape juice, etc. and even brightens your clothes, and it only takes a splash to do it, although I usually use at least an eigth of a cup per large load.
