Step 1
Start your word processor or text editor that you will use to create your Web page. Locate the page on your PC that you will be editing. Position your cursor between the brackets for the tag of the font that you will be changing the size of.

Type "font-size:" and then press the space bar. Type a font size in pixels, for example: 15pt or 20px. Instead of typing a font size in pixels, you can indicate a descriptive font size, for example, xx-small, x-small, small, medium, large, x-large or xx-large.

Verify that your text looks like similar to the following:<STYLE>P{font-size: 16pt}</STYLE></HEAD>

Open a new Web browser to verify that your page displays your font size correctly. To open your web page in the browser, click the "File" button along the menu bar, and click "Open." The Open dialog box appears. Click "Browse" to locate your Web page in the location that it is saved. Choose the page that you wish to open. Your page will appear in the browser.
