Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Towels
  • Bathtub
  • 1/2 cup baby bath
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Essential oils (chamomile, jasmine or lavender)
  • Few tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Few tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 individual package instant oatmeal
  • 1/2 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 mashed ripe banana
  1. Step 1

Fill the tub with steaming hot water.

  2. Step 2

In a small bowl or jar mix together 1/2 cup of the baby bath and 3 tablespoons lemon juice. The lemon juice will help increase circulation, and stimulate tired muscles and joints. Stir in your favorite essential oil. Use chamomile or lavender oils for relaxation, and calming. Try jasmine to give you a quick boost and increase feelings of confidence.

  3. Step 3

Pour the bubble bath mixture into the tub, letting it gather beneath the running water. Let the warm air, mixed with the special fragrances fill your senses, as you prepare your facial treatment, as well as all body and hair treatments.

  4. Step 4

Mix together 1/4 cup raw honey, and one individual packet of instant oatmeal. Use this facial to exfoliate skin, leaving it feeling soft and supple.

  5. Step 5

Combine equal parts of vegetable oil and plain white sugar. Use this exfoliating treatment on hands, feet, elbows, and any other areas that need an extra little touch, to make them feel soft and smooth again.

  6. Step 6

Combine 1/2 package plain gelatin with 1/2 cup boiling water. Mix until gelatin dissolves. While this mixture is still warm, soak nails for 5 to 10 minutes, to give them strength and flexibility.

  7. Step 7

Blend 1/2 cup of natural yogurt with one mashed ripe banana. After washing hair, allow this treatment to set on hair for 20 to 30 minutes, to restore healthy moisture, and give added shine.

  8. Step 8

Climb into the bath, and begin to pamper yourself. You will feel as if you are in the lap of luxury, even though you have spent only a few minutes, and a few dollars while preparing for this wonderful experience of wellness, and health.
