Make your own delicious quick and easy guacamole by following these easy to follow directions. Enjoy!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 chopped/diced onion
  • 3 tablespoons salsa
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 2 finely diced garlic cloves
  1. Step 1

    Cut the 3 avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the fleshy center with a spoon and put into a bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Seed and dice the Jalapeno pepper and add to bowl.

    Now add the diced up chopped onion, minced cilantro & diced garlic cloves.

  3. Step 3

    Mash all ingredients with fork, mixing well.

  4. Step 4

    Add the hot pepper sauce, salsa and salt/pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients well.

  5. Step 5

    Cut lime in half, remove pits with fork and squeeze over mixture. Mix once well then cover and refrigerate overnight.

  6. Step 6

    When uncovering mix well and serve with tortilla chips. (Pita chips are great too!)

Tips & Warnings
  • Refrigerate avocados before cutting
  • Serve chilled for best results
