-
Step 1
Search for sites that offer compiled lists of paid survey companies. Choose from topics that interest you. Some paid survey sites handle only a few types of products or services, such as long distance phone companies, while others focus on fast foods or electronics.
-
Step 2
Sign up for a new email address that you use only for your paid survey communications. Unfortunately, some companies pose as a paid survey agency or an affiliate but, in reality, they sell your email address to unscrupulous spammers. With a separate Yahoo or Gmail address, you can get all your related email there. If it becomes overwhelmed with spam, close it and open a new one.
-
Step 3
Open a PayPal account for your paid survey earnings. PayPal offers free accounts and most online survey sites use it to compensate their survey takers.
-
Step 4
Look for the little locked padlock on the bottom of your browser when you’re ready to enter personal information. If it’s not locked – by pass that site.
-
Step 5
Get busy finding paid survey or affiliate sites that spark your interest. (See Resources below for some links to paid survey lists).

on 9/1/2008 I actually got paid by a few survey companies. For example, each month, I get paid by pinecone research. The bad part is, you have to sign up at places with their banners. Can't just go to the site and sign up. Let me know if I can be some more help on here and other areas as well.
