How to Become a Section 8 Landlord
Becoming a Section 8 landlord isn’t difficult. In fact, if you own several rental properties, it might be one of the easiest ways to find tenants. Section 8 helps lower-income families and single parents pay their rent. You provide the property and, in turn, tenants have a safe and affordable place to raise their children.
