Danger and excitement is found throughout many matches in professional wrestling, but the moves that present the most danger and excitement are the high-flying ones. Whether it is a sunset flip off a ladder or a flying leg drop, the possibilities used to get from sky to ground has entertained wrestling audiences for years. Performing these moves requires precise timing, great athleticism and knowledge of pro wrestling, so if you have all of these, then you are well on your way to performing some spectacular high-flying moves.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

    The 720 Moonsault

  1. Step 1

Knock your opponent to the mat. This move requires a lot of timing and is very dangerous, so you make sure that your opponent is knocked out cold.

  2. Step 2

Drag your opponent to the closest turnbuckle, and make sure that his body is laid out flat.

  3. Step 3

Climb to the top turnbuckle. Position yourself and target where your opponent lies.

  4. Step 4

Jump off as far as you can and immediately start flipping forward.

  5. Step 5

Flip around in two complete circles and land belly to belly on your opponent to complete the move. Doing the two full circles is crucial because this is a very dangerous move that can easily be messed up.

  6. "Old School"

  7. Step 1

Kick your opponent in the gut, and then drag him to a corner by his arm. Old school is a classic move used by WWE’s Undertaker, and a number of superstars have fallen victim to it.

  8. Step 2

Climb to the top turnbuckle while still holding the arm. That arm will help you keep balance while you are climbing.

  9. Step 3

Walk across the top rope of the ring slowly so that you maintain your balance and do not fall.

  10. Step 4

Get to the center of the ring and gather your complete balance.

  11. Step 5

Jump off the top rope and slam your free arm into your opponent’s back. He should fall to the mat, where you can pin him or continue delivering damage.

  12. Coast to Coast

  13. Step 1

Irish-whip your opponent into a corner.

  14. Step 2

Beat him down until he sits in the bottom of the corner.

  15. Step 3

Run to the parallel ring corner and climb to the top turnbuckle.

  16. Step 4

Jump across the ring and dropkick your opponent in the face.

  17. Step 5

Use chairs or trash cans on your opponent to make this move more painful.
