How to use product guarantees to their fullest

Every product has a guarantee, when buying from a reputable company. Why not make them live up to it?!? If you try something and don't like it, take it back!

  1. Step 1

    Everyone has bought something at one time and been unsatisfied. For example, you are not allowed to return make-up to Wal-Mart. So what do you do when you buy something you don't like and the store won't take it back? You call, write or email the company! Most will ask if you prefer a refund check or a gift certificate/slip for product of your choice. This works with everything! Washing powder, toothpaste, shampoo, hair products, even CLOTHING! In step 2 I will tell you exactly how this is done!

  2. Step 2

    Go to a store and buy the things you have been wanting to buy. Try them out! Heck, use all of it to make sure you really like it. If not, simply look on the bottle or package, you will see a customer service number. Call it! If not, look the company name up on the web and contact them. Tell them you bought a product and were not satified & would like a refund. They will ask your contact information and product information (price, bar code, where you made the purchase). Give them the information and "TAH-DAH!", you will receive your check or gift certificate in the mail asap, plus you will not have to return the product. This even works for ordering online. I will explain how this works in step 3.

  3. Step 3

    Buying online is a little different from buying at an actual store. There is one thing in common: the guarantee! Make a purchase...we will use ProActiv for example. They have a guarantee where you can return the product if you don't like it even if the bottles are empty. All they do is throw the used products away anyways (for health concerns), so why not??? If you don't like it, simply call the company and tell them you want to return the product, then return the empty bottles to them along with the packing slip and there you go! If you don't like it, return it! Why waste hundreds of dollars a year on products that don't make you happy or deliver what you want? NEVER AGAIN!
