Step 1
Spray On tan. This is another time saver way to get tan as well. It is probably one of the fastest. You will see instant results without all of the sun damage. Be sure to go somewhere reputable to avoid streaking or turning orange.

Fake bake. If you are in need of a tan but do not have a lot of time to lay out, tanning beds are your best option. They will get you dark very fast, but try not to overdo it.

Lotions. There are many lotions you can put on before you go out in the sun to enhance your tan. This can also get you tanner faster.

For a real tan, just try laying outside at a pool or anywhere. If you are starting out pale, you don't want to be laying outside for a long period of time. You want to gradually become tan.

Bronzers. There are some bronzers you can purchase that will give you the look of being tan without even stepping outside. They usually do not work as fast as a spray on but will eventually get you darker.

If you are a women, you could try getting a darker base or powder. But be sure you don't get anything too dark or your face will not match the rest of your skin.

Also try wearing lighter colors. Wearing lighter colors can give you the effect that you are tanner compared to wearing a dark shirt. Typically a black will make you look paler.
