Step 1
If you know a lot about video games, one source of income could be starting your own website. You could have information about the latest games coming out and have ads running to create an income.
-
Step 2
Another way would be to enter a tournament. I have heard many Halo tournaments paying in the thousands to some of the winners.
-
Step 3
Sell your games at GameStop. They will give you cash, but you get more money if you decide to do store credit.
-
Step 4
You could also try a pawn shop or eBay. It probably won't get you what you paid for it but could get you a pretty good sum of money.
-
Step 5
If you are good enough, you could become a Gamer Pro. They get paid by the hour to test out video games. Some make over 20+ an hour just to play.
-
Step 6
Try writing articles for a gamer magazine. If you look on the shelfs at a bookstore, there are quite a few there. So if you have a lot of knowledge on upcoming games you could try that.

on 8/4/2008 Wow, if I had known video games could make money, I would have felt less guilty about all the time I was wasting. Thanks for this great article. *****
