Things You'll Need:
- 12 large fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup drained crab meat
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- dash of salt
- 2 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs

Step 1
Wash mushrooms and trim off tips of stems. Remove caps and set aside; finely chop stems. Separate bony bits from crap meat; snip meat in fine pieces. Cook Mushroom stems in butter til just tender. Add crab meat, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.

Step 2
Stuff mushroom caps with mixture; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Broil 6 inches from heat for about 10 minutes.

Serve hot.....you will need a fork!!!
