Things You'll Need:
- Paint
- Paint roller and brushes
- Sponge
- Stencils
- Wall decals
-
Step 1
The Finding Nemo color palette is available in the resource section below
Paint the walls with one of the colors from the color palette
I suggest that you paint the wood work and doors white but you can choose any of the colors on the color palette.
Let dry 24 hours -
Step 2
Finding Nemo wall stencils are available at your local craft store or you can download them from the resource section below.
I suggest that you place the seaweed coming from the floor up to make it look realistic.
Use a sponge to apply the paint to the stencils. This will prevent dripping and give a more uniform coverage. -
Step 3
Finding Nemo wall decals are available at Lowe's or Home Depot. You can also check your local craft store to see if they carry the decals.
You can apply the decals to the walls, the furniture, the doors or even the windows.
They add a great accent to your Nemo kid's room. -
Step 4
Finding Nemo sheet sets and curtains are available at any of your local retail stores. They make a great addition to your Nemo kid's room.
* Try adding an accent rug for added color. -
Step 5
Print out some Finding Nemo coloring pages and allow you child to color them.
Place the finished coloring pages in 8x10 frames and hang on the wall.
Continue to add to your child's collection by encouraging them to paint, draw or color Nemo pictures for their room.
