The housing market sucks right now! Its really difficult to sell a house. Staging is more vital then ever! Here are some tips for making your house appealing to buyers by staging!

Step 1

Remove Clutter from every single room in your house! pack up the photographs, toys, books and figurines! Buyers need a clean slate and this will allow them to see themselves living in your home!
Step 2

Paint rooms that feel dark and small! Stray away from neon colors and dark rich tones. Paint rooms nice warm cozy neutral colors! This doesn't mean paint al your walls white!
Step 3

paint mismatched appliances! If you have appliances that clash, paint them! There are special paints designed for painting appliances.
Step 4

Get rid of any signs of pets! Pets are cute and cuddly, but they make a house stinky!
Step 5

Create a master suite! Every house should have a retreat. Make one of the bedrooms the designated suite. New bed linens, breakfast trays, and throw pillows are cheap accents!
Step 6

Replace cheap things that are outdated! Make sure the doorbell works. Get a new mail box! Plant some new flowers!
